šGARDEN FIRE CIDERšæ
Fire Cider is no longer a seasonal thing. Miami weather this time of year is my favorite. Low humidity, crisp morning & evenings and long sunny days. But you know what ruins it? The very off temps of public buildings and the stress of work that can weaken the immune system. So here comes another batch with special items from the Gardenšæ
šÆYou can drink this tonic as an additional support to your wellness routine.
Preventative measure of getting sick.
Alleviate inflammation from sinus pressure.
Shorten Colds & Flus
āļøDosing: You can take a shot, add honey to taste for an immune support shot. Iāll double up when I feel a cold coming and load up if I happen to succumb to a cold by adding it to soups, salads and teas.
āļøMy favorite and most simple way to enjoy it is a cup of hot water, cinnamon powder and shot or two of the Fire Cider as a wellness tea before bed.
I have a few recipes of #Firecider & #Oxymels (which is a sweeter combo of ACV & Honey) on the blog but if you want to dive deeper, I recommend the book Fire Cider Book by Rosemary Gladstar (you can find in our b2b Amazon shop books section)
I recommend getting 1/2Gallon Container & 32 Oz of ACV w/mother to start and most likely you have a good amount of items in your kitchen already.

elderberry
astragalus root
lemon balm
butterfly pea
tumeric
cinnamon sticks
clove
star anise
orange
lemon
onion
ginger
garlic
Fill to the top with ACV, keep in a cool dark place, shake each day or so and let ferment for four weeks. Discard/compost the goods and bottle up the juice. It does have a pretty long shelf life, but keep longer by placing in the fridge.
